Coffee FAQ

What is the difference between arabica & robusta?
Arabicas have a wider taste range, from sweet-soft to sharp-tangy. Roasted the smell is perfumey with fruity notes and sugary tones. Robustas taste range is neutral to bitter and are often described as tasting grain-like, oat mealy. Roasted they give a a nutty smell.
How to store coffee?
Store pods in a cool dry place. Do not freeze pods.
Do pods go bad?
Coffee pods do have an expiry date, which will be printed on the box or sleeve you've purchased. The date on the packaging is a best before date so we recommend you use before this date for maximum freshness and quality. After that date, the coffee pods are absolutely ok for consumption, but the qualities of flavour and appearance go down.
Why aluminum pods?
Aluminum has many benefits, one of them being the best way to protect the taste and aroma of the ground coffee. Since coffee produces a lot of gases that contains the "aroma", that thing coffee lover know and love!
